WASH N GO ON TYPE 3/4 CURLS

The quest for the perfect "wash n' go" can be some what frustrating, especially when it comes to figuring out what products goes best with your hair. There is a lot to consider when pursuing a successful wash n go, like porosity, texture and density. It is not a one size fits all journey, we all have a unique crown so results may vary. This wash n go was done on 3 week old hair .The best way I could describe her texture would be fine, low density, high porosity(in most areas),and 3b/3c curl pattern. After an intense washing session, I deep conditioned with the Garnier Whole Blends Avocado oil and Shea Butter which helped in softening and melting some of the tangles away. After rinsing out the deep conditioner, I made sure to leave her hair partially soaked because the products apply better on the curl. Next, I sectioned her hair and applied a generous amount of the Camille Rose Curl Love Moisture Milk. Her hair absolutely loved this stuff!! This product moisturized and helped with curl definition. I made sure to smooth it into her strands, especially in the low porosity areas. This product alone, gave her such great hold that she did not need any other products! I completed her hair by diffusing it and stretching the hair to reduce shrinkage. Next, I used a pick to fluff the roots, which adds volume. For a more coarse texture, you can finish it off with some gel for extra hold and definition before diffusing!!!!! Hope this helps someone.
